2. $150.00 Garage or Carport Delivery - The delivery company delivers your order your Garage or Carport ONLY. The delivery company that is assigned to your order will call the phone number you provide to arrange time and day during the week. This service does NOT include delivering your order inside your home. No upstairs. No set up.

Orders with Small Items:
Includes Replacement waterbed mattresses, waterbed heaters, sheets & bedding, padded rails etc. The Waterbed Doctor ships worldwide and uses both UPS and FedEx to deliver small item orders. Multiple item orders can arrive from different warehouses, and on different days from either of these companies. Expected delivery time 1 to 7 business days.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, holidays and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Credit card orders will process within 24 hours unless product is out of stock. E-check orders will be delayed for 5-7 days before shipping.

The Waterbed Doctor makes every attempt to ship for free to the Lower Contiguous 48 States. Shipping quotes for extreme remote areas of the lower 48 states and Islands of the coast of the USA along with Alaska, Hawaii and any International orders will be provided after the order is placed. The quote can be declined or accepted.
